Ribbonlee uses direct deposit to bank account to accept payments.

All orders must be prepaid.

We ship Australia-wide.

All goods will be sent to the specified Shipping Address.

We use Express Post unless requested otherwise. Up to 500g $10.55, Up to 3kg $14.80, Standard post $8.25 up to 500g, $13.40 up to 3 kg. Australia Post estimates standard post to take 2-6 business days.

This item is custom-made-to-order and therefore non-refundable. Your order is processed as soon as you finalise your order and payment has been received.

At Ribbonlee we work with our clients to ensure that all artwork for their personalised printed ribbon is as required prior to printing. Upon request, we can also provide you with a digital photo, via email, of what you have chosen for approval. If there has been an error on our part, we will either reprint your ribbon, or refund your payment. However, Ribbonlee must be notified of the faulty merchandise within 5 days and the faulty ribbon must be returned to us prior to replacement items being sent or a refund being processed. We stand by our product and are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We are on hand to help you with your ribbon printing projects and our aim is for you to have the best possible outcome. Being a fully customised product, printed ribbons cannot be returned for a refund after client approval has been given and paid for. Shipping charges are not refundable. Ribbonlee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Once you have approved your proofs and payment has been received you cannot cancel your order.

Once you’ve given final approval of your design, Ribbonlee is not responsible for any typographical or layout errors so please make sure to proof your designs carefully! Your payment is due at time of approval.
